The Canadian “Big Apple”

We spent a couple of days wandering about this very cool city. Fortunately, we have family in the city. Craig and Sarah, whose wedding we went to in Halifax, live in the city. Mike drove us into the madness to meet the new addition to the “Steeves” clan who arrived earlier this year. Meet Brooke!

After we went over to see the Golden Goose (Aaron) and Julia in their new place in the city.

we walked from their place over to where Toronto Football Club plays…Had to gloat over recent loss that TFC had against the Timbers…they were playing Dallas that evening and I really wished I had worn my Timbers togs on to rub it in…Most all, the TFC fans I saw lacked the conviction any Timbers Army carries along as a matter of course…just saying “Posers”…

After which we headed out to dinner in the district…
