Essenszeit…

Fay and Blair thought it would be nice to have something else other than seafood. It was amazing. German food has never been one of my regular options, but that could change with my introduction to The Schnitzel Parlour.  Good German beer mixed with the best schnitzel I’ve tasted, *ever*. Sauces from Curry to Hungarian and beyond.  Wish I had taken pictures, rather than just piggin’ out (no pun intended).

Uwe has this penchant for chocolate. Comes naturally as he also is the proprietor of Chocolaterie Fackelman. The result is unique. When was the last time  you tasted chocolate and balsamic as a combination for a salad dressing?  Damn fine dining!
